What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. club9k.org has no sign-up, no login, no contact form and no payment process, so there is no name, email address, phone number or payment detail for the club to hold.

What your browser stores

The arcade saves your current board, your best score and your club points in your browser's local storage, under a single key on your own device. That data is written and read only by the page you are looking at. It is not sent to any server, it is not shared, and the club cannot see it.

You can erase it at any time by clearing site data for club9k.org in your browser settings. That resets your board and your best score, and there is no copy anywhere to restore it from.

Cookies

club9k.org sets no cookies of its own. There is no advertising network, no analytics tag and no social media pixel on the site.

Server logs

The site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which keeps standard technical request logs (IP address, time, the file requested, browser user agent) for security and abuse prevention. These are the host's ordinary infrastructure logs; the club does not build profiles from them and does not combine them with anything else.

Children

9K Club is intended for players aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. Because the club collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect any from a child.

Your rights

Rights of access, correction and erasure apply to personal data a service holds about you. Since 9K Club holds none, there is nothing for us to export or delete — the only data involved is in your own browser, under your own control. If you believe otherwise, write to [email protected] and we will look into it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date. Material changes will be noted on the homepage as well.
