What to include

• Bug in the board: what you did, what happened, and what you expected. The device and browser help a lot.
• Lost score: tell us the browser and whether site data was cleared. The club keeps no copy of your run, so we cannot restore it — but we can tell you what happened.
• Suggestion for the game: very welcome. Reach 9 is deliberately small, but good ideas get built.
• Someone using the 9K Club name: if you have found a site or a file pretending to be this club, send the link.

What we cannot help with

9K Club is an independent arcade. We have no connection to other companies, apps or websites that use a similar name, and we cannot recover accounts, balances or payments on them — this club has no accounts, no balances and no payments of any kind.

Response time

Usually within two working days. If a message needs a code change to answer properly, the reply may take a little longer, but it will come.
